The Pentecostal Assemblies of Vietnam (PAOV) is attending for the first time the Pentecostal World Conference. Rev. Bui Thanh Se, General Superintendent of PAOV, attended the conference along with Ptr Lydia Tran-Qui on on August 2007 in Surabaya, Indonesia.
